Refund
The Refund section allows buyers to request and track refunds for transactions or orders on the Talentum.Network platform. It ensures transparency and security in resolving disputes or failed transactions.
🔄 Refund Process
Buyers can initiate a refund request if a service/job is not delivered, canceled, or rejected.
The refund amount is transferred back into the buyer’s Wallet Balance once approved.
Refunds can only be made to the Talentum Wallet and then used for future transactions within the platform.
📑 Refund Status
Each refund request will have a status:
Pending → The refund request has been submitted and is awaiting review.
Approved → The refund has been validated and funds are credited to the buyer’s wallet.
Rejected → The refund request was declined (with possible reason provided).
Completed → The refund process has been finalized and balance updated.
🛠️ Usage
Navigate to the Refund section from the sidebar.
Review all past refund requests and their statuses.
Monitor updates to ensure the balance is credited correctly.
🔔 Notes
Refunds are subject to platform policies and service terms.
Processing times may vary depending on the case.
Once refunded, the amount can only be used within Talentum.Network Wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly to external accounts.
