Refund

The Refund section allows buyers to request and track refunds for transactions or orders on the Talentum.Network platform. It ensures transparency and security in resolving disputes or failed transactions.


🔄 Refund Process

  • Buyers can initiate a refund request if a service/job is not delivered, canceled, or rejected.

  • The refund amount is transferred back into the buyer’s Wallet Balance once approved.

  • Refunds can only be made to the Talentum Wallet and then used for future transactions within the platform.


📑 Refund Status

Each refund request will have a status:

  • Pending → The refund request has been submitted and is awaiting review.

  • Approved → The refund has been validated and funds are credited to the buyer’s wallet.

  • Rejected → The refund request was declined (with possible reason provided).

  • Completed → The refund process has been finalized and balance updated.


🛠️ Usage

  • Navigate to the Refund section from the sidebar.

  • Review all past refund requests and their statuses.

  • Monitor updates to ensure the balance is credited correctly.


🔔 Notes

  • Refunds are subject to platform policies and service terms.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the case.

  • Once refunded, the amount can only be used within Talentum.Network Wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly to external accounts.
