Buyer Dashboard
The Buyer Dashboard is the central hub for managing all your activities as a client on Talentum.Network. From here, you can track job postings, manage orders, request refunds, and communicate with freelancers.
📊 Dashboard Overview
At the top of the dashboard, you will see quick statistics:
Active Order → Number of ongoing projects.
Complete Order → Successfully delivered projects.
Cancel Order → Orders that were canceled.
Rejected Order → Orders that were rejected by the system or freelancer.
📌 Latest Order Section
Below the statistics, you will find the Latest Order table. This section displays the most recent orders with the following details:
Service → The type of service ordered.
Amount → Total cost of the order.
Status → Current order status (Active, Completed, Pending, etc.).
Freelancer → The assigned freelancer.
Delivery Date → The expected completion date.
Action → Quick actions to manage the order.
📂 Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar contains shortcuts to important features for buyers:
Dashboard → Main overview page.
Post a Job → Create and publish a custom job request.
My Job → Track and manage your posted jobs.
My Orders → Full history of all orders placed.
Refund → Submit and track refund requests.
Wallet → Manage deposits, withdrawals, and balance.
Live Chat → Communicate directly with freelancers.
Wishlist → Save services for later.
Edit Profile → Update your personal and account information.
Change Password → Secure your account by updating login credentials.
Account Delete → Permanently remove your account.
Logout → Exit your session securely.
