The Live Chat feature allows buyers to communicate directly with sellers in real time. It provides a secure and convenient way to discuss project requirements, clarify details, and track communication.
💬 Key Features
Seller List → Displays all sellers the buyer has interacted with.
Message History → Keeps past conversations accessible for reference.
Real-time Chat → Enables instant messaging for faster negotiation and collaboration.
Unread Notifications → Shows new messages from sellers.
🛠️ Usage
Navigate to Live Chat from the sidebar.
Select a seller from the Seller List.
Start chatting directly within the platform.
Use chat to:
Clarify job requirements.
Share updates.
Resolve issues.
🔔 Notes
Chat history is stored securely within the platform.
Messages cannot be deleted by users for transparency.
Buyers are encouraged to keep all project-related communication within the platform to ensure dispute resolution coverage.
