My Orders

My Orders (Seller)

The My Orders section allows sellers to track and manage all service orders they have received from buyers. It provides a centralized dashboard for monitoring order progress, deadlines, and buyer interactions.


💡 Key Features

  • Order List → Displays all active and past service orders.

  • Order Status Tabs:

    • All → Shows all orders linked to the seller.

    • Active → Orders currently in progress.

    • Awaiting → Orders pending seller’s action.

    • Rejected → Orders that were declined.

    • Cancel → Orders canceled by either party.

    • Complete → Successfully delivered and completed orders.

  • Order Details → Includes buyer info, service name, order amount, and delivery date.

  • Action Buttons → Accept, reject, deliver, or cancel orders depending on the status.


🛠️ Usage

  1. Navigate to My Orders from the sidebar.

  2. Select the appropriate tab to filter orders by status.

  3. Click on an order to view full details, including buyer communication and requirements.

  4. Perform the required actions:

    • Accept or reject new orders.

    • Deliver completed work.

    • Cancel an order if necessary.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Timely communication with buyers increases completion and rating success.

  • Canceling too many orders may affect your reputation on the platform.

  • Ensure to deliver files and services through the platform to maintain dispute protection.

  • Regularly check your Active Orders tab to avoid late deliveries.

  • Use the Awaiting tab to prioritize pending actions.

  • Deliver work early when possible to improve buyer satisfaction.
