The Live Chat feature allows sellers to communicate directly with buyers in real time. It provides a secure and convenient way to discuss project requirements, negotiate details, and maintain smooth collaboration.

  • Buyer List → Displays all buyers the seller has interacted with.

  • Message History → Keeps previous conversations accessible for reference.

  • Real-time Messaging → Enables instant communication with buyers.

  • Unread Notifications → Highlights new incoming messages.


🛠️ Usage

  1. Navigate to Live Chat from the sidebar.

  2. Select a buyer from the list.

  3. Type your message in the chat box and click Send.

  4. Use the chat to:

    • Clarify project requirements

    • Negotiate pricing and timelines

    • Share updates on progress

    • Resolve misunderstandings quickly


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Chat history is stored securely within the platform.

  • Keep all project-related communication inside the platform to ensure dispute protection.

  • Messages cannot be deleted by users for transparency and accountability.
